Extended DISC (or E-DISC) is a personality profiling test that enables participants to learn which of the four main personality types they are. D for Dominant or Leader; I for Influencer or People Person; S for Steadiness or Stable; C for Conscientious or Details person. Hence we get D.I.S.C. Personality Profile which has been around for over 50 years.

Identifying which of the 4 personality types best describes you is a great start to understanding both yourself and others.

However as you may suspect, people do not fit neatly into 4 boxes. This led to the development of E-DISC which has been scientifically tested on over 100,000 people worldwide with a reported 90% accuracy.  Starting with the 4 main personality types the test results are refined to include 160 aspects of personality and behaviour.

A 24 page report is generated after completing an online questionnaire of approximately 20 minutes duration.  The report is forwarded to the accredited consultant who will interpet, explain and assist participants apply the new knowledge.

The E-DISC analysis was fantastic. It provided a real insight into one of our staff members and in addition to confirming some personality traits we knew they possessed, highlighted other traits that had not been so apparent. A few lines on the E- DISC tool.

I found the E-DISC tool to be very useful. It has provided me some accurate insights into my attributes, motivators, communication and decision making styles.

The information this tool contains will also assist me in providing me with insights into the characters of both internal and external clients/stakeholders.
