Purple Co has developed a streamlined career assessment and coaching package which includes:
Completing the Harrison Assessments questionnaire which generates up to three specific reports. The questionnaire measures your preference for 156 work related traits. This report isolates your highest and lowest work preferences and provides an overview of what you want in a career and what you would prefer to avoid in a career.
- 2 coaching sessions with a qualified and experienced career coach who will guide you through the interpretation of your reports and assist you to apply your new knowledge.
Coaching sessions will occur within a fortnight of each other to maximise momentum and to ensure new learning is able to be integrated; and are available f2f in Sydney, or via telephone and Skype.
